Fresh Bros is a cannabis brand shaped by culture, community, and a modern approach to design. Instead of leaning into industry clichés, the brand delivers clarity and character through premium flower, bold storytelling, and an intuitive product system built for real consumers.
There’s no corporate gloss here — just a straight-up, design-led brand redefining how cannabis can be packaged, understood, and experienced.


BEFORE
Fresh Bros was a fragmented brand with inconsistent visuals, unclear product tiers, and a digital experience that didn’t reflect its potential.

AFTER
​Through a full creative transformation — identity, packaging, product structure, and UX — I reshaped Fresh Bros into a bold, design-led lifestyle brand with clarity, personality, and a scalable system for growth.










SETTING THE MOOD
Fresh Bros leans into grocery-store cues because they create the most intuitive, human way to shop cannabis. Colour, produce, and “freshness” are universal visual languages — they signal mood, effect, and expectation instantly, without needing education. By anchoring Indica in eggplant, Sativa in orange, and Hybrid in green, we built a system where colour becomes a shorthand for experience.
